Marc Grossman, a partner with Phillips Grossman, has been elected to the New York State Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors.

The NYSTLA has more than 4,600 members across New York, and was formed in 1953 to protect the interests of injured people, and to recognize “ethical, well-trained lawyers.”

Mr. Grossman, a trial lawyer since 1993, has represented thousands of personal injury victims for a multitude of injuries, including large groups of people injured by defective drugs and medical devices.  He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, and was involved in securing a $4.85 billion settlement for people injured by the drug Vioxx, one of the largest settlements on record in the United States.
