Defective devices, such as faulty prosthetics, implants, pacemakers or surgical instruments can harm patients when the product is defective in the manufacturing process, design, or marketing strategy.  The consequences of a defective device on a victim’s life can be catastrophic.

Sometimes a manufacturer will try to deny that anything is wrong with their device when actually recall is in order. Unfortunately, this can leave thousands of consumers at risk of injury or even death.  We do not believe manufacturers create devices intending to hurt patients.  In most cases, it is an issue of properly testing or inconclusive research before product design.

Our history in dealing with these types of claims and knowledge of medical device regulations has allowed us to take leadership roles in many national defective device litigations.
