
Robert B. Jackson is an associate of the firm with extensive experience in the field of medical malpractice. He is a former partner in the firm of Schneider, Kleinick & Weitz, P.C., where he handled thousands of medical malpractice cases, and also managed the divisions of that firm dealing with medical negligence, lead paint poisoning, and breast implant litigation.
Mr. Jackson has lectured on both medical malpractice and discovery issues for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of the New York Law School where he was an Editor on the New York Law Review, and has a Master’s degree in Forensic Science from the George Washington University in conjunction with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.
Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
