Ms. Mosier, a former actress, has been a trial lawyer since 1995. She was valedictorian of her law school, graduating summa cum laude from Western State University. She clerked for the Presiding Justice at the 4th District Court of Appeal in California. Her cases have been colorful, running the gamut from macabre mortuary negligence cases, to defending a patron involved in a raucous and bloody barroom brawl, to creating new law in California when she defended a motorist’s First Amendment right to free speech when he was sued for defamation for complaining about the arresting officer’s treatment during the arrest. See Walker v. Kiousis, 2001, 93 Cal. App. 4th 1432. [Note – the case lists Ms. Mosier under her former name of Holly McGregor]
Ms. Mosier now represents plaintiffs in cases involving medical malpractice, mass torts, medical products, pharmaceutical negligence, birth injury and wrongful death.
Ms. Mosier is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Federal Ninth District Court of Appeal, Federal District Courts of Arizona and California, and Arizona and California state courts.
